- About 90% of our beliefs are operating subconsciously.
- We are making decisions every day and all day
long based on what we believe about ourselves, the world, other people, and situations.

TSP: We will begin with awareness about what you currently believe.
- Take 2-3 minutes to write a description of the type of person you want to be.
- Ex. I want to be the type of person who prefers and does eat healthy food.
- Ex. I want to be the type of person who stays organized at home and in my work.
- Next, fill in the belief statements from the following link:

- Then go through them & for each belief ask yourself, “Does this belief support the type of person I want to be?
