You are not even aware that you are making choices based on these subconscious beliefs. Below you will see the breakdown between the conscious and subconscious mind:

Another startling truth about our beliefs is that they are generational!! Many of the beliefs you carry did not only come from your parents, but also from your grandparents and your great grandparents, etc. Take this in for a moment – how strong are those neural connections? The same beliefs and thoughts have been shared generation after generation. Yikes! This is not all bad news. Some of our beliefs encourage us and support the positive direction we would like our lives to go. It’s the limiting beliefs, the ones that sabotage our efforts and our relationships, that we want to shift. How?
