Before We Begin

I want to ensure we are a good fit before we start any type of Coaching program. Therefore, as a way to save time for both you and me, an application must be filled out first, followed by an interview phone call with me before any Coaching will be considered.

Group Coaching

Investment Fee:

12 weeks

Group Coaching is the premier choice. Social support, not doing things alone, results in a much higher success rate. In order to establish a deeper level of safety and intimacy, the group size is small and ranges from 4–7 women. Coaching is done via the phone or Zoom (depending on what the group prefers).

What You Will Receive:

  • I am fully present Coach who is committed to giving you the best coaching experience possible, to supplying you with right now tools and practices that meet you where you are, and to disengage limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck!

  • Coaching call 60–75 minutes 1x per week (first meeting will be closer to 90 minutes).

  • A built-in community – we all do better together!

  • Access – using WhatsApp, you will have consistent access to ask any questions you may have.

  • Mega Resources – a plethora of valuable tools, strategies, and practices designed specifically for you to create the best in you!

Individual Coaching

Maybe Group Coaching feels intimidating and/or the timing does not work for you. In the individual Coaching option, we will use the 8 Foundations in a similar fashion, but we will design a support system to fit your lifestyle, energy, and time. Individual coaching allows for a higher degree of personalization, and many women thrive in this atmosphere!

What You Will Receive:

  • Coaching call 50–60 minutes 1x per week (first meeting will be closer to 75 minutes).

  • Access – using WhatsApp, you will have consistent access to ask any questions you may have.

  • Mega Resources – a plethora of tools, strategies, and practices designed specifically for you!
